Peniche is one of Portugal’s most iconic wave destinations — not just for surfers, but also for adventurous kitesurfers. The Baleal bay offers a wide sandy area where you can ride with space, especially if you tack upwind away from the surf crowd. Winds here work in almost all directions, especially in the winter months.
Be cautious: strong rips and lots of surfers mean you’ll need to respect the rules. Never kite among surfers, especially in Supertubos, where powerful shore break and offshore gusty winds demand expert-level riding. Always check the forecast, talk to the locals, and — if possible — kite with someone who knows the spot.

Our main location is Praia da Bela Vista, Costa da Caparica, a beautiful beach just 20 minutes from Lisbon. However, depending on the wind direction and forecast, we can also organize sessions at other prime spots nearby to ensure optimal conditions.
For advanced riders, we offer:
- Progression sessions (jumps, transitions, tricks)
- Coaching for freestyle or wave riding
- Downwinders (upon request)
- Private advanced clinics
